What services do you offer and how long are sessions?

1

Do I need previous therapy experience?

I offer individual, couple, or family therapy sessions for adults ages 18+. Therapy sessions are about 50-55 minutes long.

Not at all! Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or your fifth time, we begin the process the same way; I come to you with curiosity, compassion, and connection.

How do I get started?

2

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

Do you take insurance?

3

While I am an out of network provider, I can provide you with a superbill statement that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. My session fee is $200 for a 55 minute session.

What can I expect from our first session?

4

You can expect us to discuss what brings you to therapy at this time, any relevant previous therapy experiences, any goals you have for therapy, as well as any pressing concerns or questions. Because I work from a family systems perspective, I do like to gather some information about the important relationships in your life. I will also ask you to share about yourself in general so I can get to know the whole “you”.

If you are seeking therapy as a couple, I will additionally ask about your relationship history and your concerns in the areas of communication, intimacy, conflict management, life goals and values, and parenting (if relevant). I will also take the time to meet with you individually in the sessions following the initial intake session to allow for more one-on-one conversation and information gathering about each partner specifically.
